Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all regions within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland), as well as the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Channel Islands.

International shipping outside the UK is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Orders are not processed on weekends or UK bank holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

We use trusted UK couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, and Evri.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (extra charge)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the type of bag or variant selected.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders

  • Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple bag styles or variants, items may be shipped separately for faster delivery. Each parcel will have its own tracking number.

Shipping Delays or Lost Parcels

Shipping delays can occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or busy seasons.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel:

  1. Check with neighbours or reception

  2. Verify your delivery address

  3. Contact us within 7 days

We will communicate with the courier and assist you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
Vera Losso is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
